// MECHANICAL AND SERVICE WORK
Production capabilities for the repair, restoration and servicing of industrial equipment
We machine and restore parts, dynamically balance rotating equipment, align drive trains, carry out abrasive blasting, and manufacture parts to drawings or samples.
Our own fleet of metal-working and balancing equipment lets us handle large parts and assemblies of industrial equipment. Some of the work is carried out directly at the Customer’s site.
For parts of non-standard size, whether they can be machined is decided case by case after a technical assessment.
// SYNCHRONOUS ROTOR BALANCING// MACHINING
Machining of large parts and assemblies
We carry out the full range of machining on parts of electric machines and other industrial equipment, working to drawings, technical documentation or a sample supplied by the Customer.
Our own machine-tool fleet handles parts up to 1500 mm in diameter and up to 7000 mm long as standard. Whether larger parts can be machined is decided case by case, depending on their design and the operations required.
- turning
- milling
- boring
- drilling
- skimming of shafts and rotors
- machining of shaft journals
- restoration of fits and seats
- machining of end shields and bearing pedestals
- machining of flanges and housing parts
- machining of parts after build-up welding
- manufacture of parts to drawings or samples
// SYNCHRONOUS TURBO-ROTOR REPAIR// RESTORATION OF WORN PARTS
Restoring geometry and working surfaces
A damaged or worn part does not always have to be replaced with a new one. In many cases its technical parameters can be restored, followed by machining to the required dimensions and tolerances.
The restoration method is chosen after defect assessment, taking into account the nature of the wear, the material and the part’s future operating conditions.

// ROTOR BALANCING// BALANCING OF ROTATING EQUIPMENT
Dynamic balancing of rotors weighing up to 10,000 kg
We dynamically balance rotors of electric motors and generators, armatures of DC machines, fans, impellers and other rotating parts and assemblies of industrial equipment.
Our own balancing machine takes rotors weighing up to 10,000 kg.
Where needed, we trim-balance large equipment directly where it is installed. Balancing is available as a standalone service or as one of the final stages of a complete electric machine repair.
// EQUIPMENT ALIGNMENT
Laser alignment of electric machines and driven equipment
We align electric motors, generators and other rotating equipment to the driven machine after installation, repair or replacement of units.
The work is done directly at the Customer’s site, using modern equipment for precise control of the relative position of the shafts.
- 01Checking shaft alignment
- 02Laser alignment
- 03Calculating the correction needed to the unit’s position
- 04Checking the base frame and fastenings
- 05Correcting the motor’s position
- 06Checking after the fastenings are tightened
- 07Repeat check measurement
- 08Vibration diagnostics after start-up
// ALIGNMENT WITHIN THE JOB
// ABRASIVE BLASTING
Cleaning of parts and steel structures
We abrasive-blast metal parts and structures to remove corrosion, old paint coatings and production contamination.
Abrasive blasting is available as a standalone service and as a process step before defect assessment, repair or the application of a new protective coating.
// MANUFACTURE TO DRAWINGS AND SAMPLES
One-off and small-batch manufacture
We manufacture parts and components for the repair of electric machines and industrial equipment to the Customer’s drawings, technical documentation or a supplied sample.
Where there is no documentation, we can take the necessary measurements and reconstruct drawings of the existing part for subsequent manufacture.
We cover the full process — from choosing the material and making the blank to machining and checking the geometry of the finished part.
// WORK AT THE CUSTOMER’S SITE
Getting the job done without moving large equipment
For large equipment whose removal and transport would be complicated, lengthy or not economically justified, part of the service work is carried out directly where it is installed.

// OUR OWN PRODUCTION FACILITY
From a single part to a complete repair
The main advantage of this service line is that several process operations can be combined at one company.
The Customer can hand us a single shaft, rotor, housing part or assembly for one specific operation, or order the whole package: defect assessment, restoration, machining, balancing, installation, alignment and a condition check after start-up.
For non-standard and large parts, we decide the method and whether the part can be machined case by case, after reviewing drawings or photographs, or inspecting the equipment.
