From a single part to a complete set of spares
Elektropromremont LLC manufactures spare parts and components for asynchronous and synchronous electric motors, DC machines, turbo- and hydrogenerators, traction motors and other industrial electric machines.
Parts are made to the Customer’s design documentation, to our own working drawings, or directly from a sample part. Where no documentation exists, we take measurements, carry out fault detection, establish the design parameters and reproduce the drawings required.
Components can be manufactured as part of a full overhaul of an electric machine, or supplied to the Customer as a standalone product.

We manufacture individual sections and complete stator winding sets to the electrical, geometric and insulation parameters of the specific machine. Forming, insulating, heat treatment and inspection of the finished sections are all done in-house.

We manufacture the winding and current-carrying elements of synchronous and asynchronous machine rotors to match the design and operating parameters of the equipment.

No factory drawing, or the equipment manufacturer no longer supplies the part you need? Our engineering and design department measures up the existing assembly, carries out fault detection and analysis, reproduces the working documentation, and defines the manufacturing process.

The reproduced drawings stay with us, so making the same part again later needs neither the sample nor a second round of measurements.

Every stage on the drawing is a real operation of the winding shop: calculation and layout, winding the bars, brazing the leads, insulating, and testing the finished set.

Seven steps from documentation to a finished component
The order of work is the same for a single part and for a full set: documentation and materials first, then manufacturing, and handover to the Customer only after inspection.

We study the drawings, the technical specification, or the sample part provided.
- 02Reproducing the drawings
Where required, we measure up the part and develop the working documentation.
- 03Selecting the materials
We define the electrical, insulating and structural materials to be used.
- 04Manufacturing
We carry out the winding, insulating, welding and machining operations.
- 05Heat treatment and impregnation
Winding components go through the processes their technology calls for.
- 06Inspection
We check the geometric, electrical and process parameters of the part.
- 07Testing and handover
Finished components pass the testing their technology prescribes and are handed over to the Customer.

Quality is checked from incoming materials to the finished part
Each type of part gets its own set of checks — from measuring the geometry through to high-voltage testing of winding components.
Electrical, insulating and structural materials verified against their certificates.
Dimensional inspection of sizes and fits, plus the quality of the machined surfaces.
Electrical parameters, winding resistance and the condition of the insulation.
High-voltage testing and a conformity check against the drawing and documentation.
The finished component is handed over to the Customer with an inspection report and confirmation that it conforms to the drawing.
